Arjun(Raaj), a young man lives happily with his sister Koely (Rachana) and his parents. He is very close to his sister. One day a group of friends are on the way out from a mall when a thief snatches the handbag of one of the girls Sanaa (Moubani) and flees. Arjun helps to recover the bag and returns it, but Sanaa is ungrateful. In due course of time, she tries to woo Arjun and succeeds in winning him over at one point of time.Koely is in love with Sanjay (Suman Banerjee) but his parents are dead against the marriage.
